TET-CS – CARBON STRIP
The torq TET-CS, or Carbon Strip is the next level in our Revolutionary Epoxy Technology, using the same advanced TET process with a performance oriented lay-up. The Carbon strip allows us to reduce the lamination thickness but keeps the strength and stiffness, so the boards are lighter, but still super strong.
All TET-cs now feature an additional wood layer sandwich between the two deck biaxial layers. This wood composite is incredibly ding resistant but without adding stiffness usually associated with strength.
Torq presents the revolution in epoxy surfboard technology. Only the latest EPS and Epoxy materials are used. Torq technology combines super-light EPS cores with biaxial fiberglass fabric and high-quality epoxy resin, as well as a “Shield Skin” outer shell to protect the board from scratches and external damage.
Torq surfboards are the only boards in the world that are manufactured in high-precision molds that have been CNC milled from a single piece of aluminum block. This means you always achieve consistent quality and an incomparable finish from the first to the last board.

Outline:
Comprised of a full nose and wide mid, with clean balanced curves that blend into a swallow tail. The bottom contours through single to double concave with a lightly flipped nose.

Bottom Shape:
A single concave entry, blending into a V with a slight double concave running all the way out through the tail. We call it the V-Twin; maximum acceleration and rail hold.
Rocker:
Slightly flipped nose combined with a quick entry, a fast midsection and release of the tail.
