Customers can pick up their online order at our shop in Riga, 79 Lāčplēša Street.

Omniva subcompany

Customers in the Baltic States (Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania) can pick up their order at an Ominva parcel office. If the product is in our warehouse, the order will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. Delivery takes 1-5 working days, depending on the delivery address.

Delivery by courier

We deliver larger items in the Baltic States via courier companies (Cargobus, DPD). If the goods are in our warehouse, the order will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. Delivery takes 2-5 working days, depending on the delivery address.

International delivery

International deliveries are made by courier companies or Latvijas Pasts. After placing your order, we will contact you and agree on the possible delivery costs and timeframe. Only then will we send you an invoice for payment. The personal data provided at the time of ordering will not be used for any purpose other than the fulfilment of this order.

WARRANTY

Surf Pro stores offer a 2-year warranty. When you buy a product, the warranty card is a bill of lading or a receipt that records the time of purchase. The warranty covers damage caused by manufacturing defects or the quality of raw materials. If the product develops such problems during the warranty period, please notify us by e-mail info@surfpro.lv or in person at the Surf Pro shop at 79 Lāčplēša Street, Riga. Free warranty repairs or replacement of the product will be carried out according to the manufacturer’s terms. To avoid any misunderstandings, please read the instructions for use carefully.

WARRANTY TERMS

  • the warranty does not cover mechanical damage, scratches or scratches caused by careless use;
  • the warranty does not cover design elements of the product;
  • the manufacturer has the right to refuse warranty repairs if there are signs of unqualified repairs;
  • if the buyer cannot produce a valid receipt or delivery note, the guarantee is void;
  • Damage caused by fire, flood, earthquake or other acts of God is not covered under warranty.

Claims for defects in the goods shall be dealt with in accordance with the procedure provided for by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. The warranty shall become effective if the specified conditions are met and if the defects are caused by defects in the manufacturing process, design or the quality of the raw materials used.

The procedure for ordering goods on the Internet is governed by the Regulation of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Latvia No 207 of 28 May 2002 “Regulations on Distance Contracts”. These rules apply to all purchases of goods ordered on the internet, by telephone or by e-mail. The procedure for filing and handling a consumer’s claim for a product or service that does not comply with the terms of the contract, or for the consumer’s rights and obligations, can be found in the Consumer Rights Protection Law. By placing an order, the user agrees to the processing of the data provided by Surf Pro Ltd, in accordance with the Data Protection Act. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days and return the goods to the seller if the goods do not correspond to those ordered by the buyer. In the event of a return, all payment made for the goods shall be refunded. The goods must be returned in the complete condition in which they were delivered by the seller, including all components, original packaging and trademarks, otherwise the return will be refused. By putting the purchased product into use, the buyer confirms that it is as ordered and that the product cannot be returned. Descriptions and pictures are for information purposes only. Prices are in EUR including VAT 21%. Surf Pro Ltd. undertakes to ensure receipt of the goods at the time and in the amount specified in accordance with the description of the products and services. WARRANTIES

If any complaints arise, claims for defective goods are considered in accordance with the procedures prescribed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Address for returns is – Lāčplēša 79, Riga, Latvia, LV1011. Application for a complaint and your desires, a solution, must be submitted in writing with the item, mentioning the invoice number and the item. In the period specified in the legislation of the Republic of Latvia, the guarantee case takes effect if the specified conditions are met and in the event of damage due to the quality of the production process, defects in construction, or the quality of the raw materials used.

RETURN POLICY

If the item you recieved doesn’t fit, looks weird or just doesn’t tickle you in the right way and if the item isn’t used, you can return to change the size or to change it for a different item it within two weeks. Contact us via e-mail (info@surfpro.lv) and we’ll find a solution and work out the details.

COMMITMENTS

The order of admission to the internet shop is determined by the Republic of Latvia Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 207 “Provisions on the distance contract”. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days and return the item to the seller if the item does not correspond to that ordered by the buyer. SHIPPING

The delivery of products within the territory of Latvia is carried out using the services of Omniva service and DPD courier. Delivery is made within 2-5 working days after receiving payment.
For international shipping we use DPD courier, Omniva parcel machine or mail service. After placing the order we will contact you with the shipping offer. We will always try to find the best shipping solution for your location.
